Hello and Welcome to my story of how I reconnected to the Light of my Authentic Self. Like many of you, not knowing where to begin and feeling lost in life, I have Always felt like I was meant for something more. At a young age, I instinctively knew that I had gifts and found myself to be different than others. Always attracting those into my life that sought guidance from me.  Not knowing then, what I know now, but feeling a natural urge to instinctively help where I could, even if just to lend a Listening ear or healing embrace.

Growing up as an empath in a home where Clair and psychic abilities were normal. I did not always know I was different until others had pointed this out. Not understanding that it was not of the norm, I came to understand that I was unique in my own aspect, and these gifts ran deep in my family for generations and to be kept secret as gifts like these were frowned upon over history and was not to be discussed or shared with others in fear, they would not be accepting of me. So of course, I did what any Pre-teen would do, I began to suppress my gifts in fears of being rejected by society just so that I could "fit in"

Still, always feeling like I was meant for something more it took cycles and cycles of heading in the wrong direction before I hit a wall and went through my Spiritual Awakening (this was rough, but I won’t get into that). It was like I was asleep, dormant for years, and finally pulled myself out of the trenches that I had built for myself. Climbing out and seeing the light of a whole new world, no longer being fearful of my True Authentic self. The veil had been lifted!  Literally I could feel the years of Suppressed stuck energy lifting out of my soul and releasing my Light of Authentic self and letting it shine through.

 So excited with my newfound light I wanted to discover more but did not know where to look or where to begin. Instinctively I felt the need to buy crystals, not knowing why but just being drawn to their energy source. I knew the names and properties without even understanding how I came to hold this knowledge and just continued my path to energy work. It was like riding a bike! Realizing, hey, I already knew all this from the past lives, and it was all coming back to me in Divine timing. Which led me in pursuing my path of helping others.

 Fast forward to today, as a Natural born healer, I am a certified Usui Reiki Master from teachings of Mikao Usui sensei (reiki founder 1922). With Certifications in Crystal Healing, Vibrational Sound Therapy, Spiritual Life Coaching and Founder of Light of Authentic Self. Currently Sharing my gift of light as a Reiki Practitioner at Laguna Health and Wellness Center.

I enjoy having such a great opportunity to share my gift of light with such a growing loyal community. As a light worker, I am a dedicated health and wellness professional utilizing holistic therapies such as reiki, meditation, vibrational sound therapy and crystal healing. My primary aim is to assist all those in need in reconnecting with their Light of Authentic selves. With Love and Light It brings me great joy to share my gifts of the Divine to assist others in releasing seen and unseen energies in mind, body, spirit, Auric field, DNA and Quantum level that no longer serve their best and highest good, such as stress, anxiety, suppressed emotions, toxins in digestive system, discomfort in muscles and much, much more.
